Convyu offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for your peace of mind.

Process & Requirements
Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via the official email: convyu@convyu.com. In your email, kindly provide your order number and the reason for your request.

 ·We will respond within 24 hours and provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed.

 ·Please note that we cannot accept any items returned without prior authorization.

·Important: Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for products that have been damaged due to misuse or accident.

2. Order Cancellation
Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days after placement.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 2 days (including the order date) after placing it.

If the cancellation request is made before the item has been shipped and within the 2-day cancellation window, the order will be successfully canceled and a full refund will be issued.

If the cancellation period has expired or the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow the return process after receiving the item.

3. How to Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Place the item(s), along with all accessories and any free gifts (if applicable), back into the package.
2. Include a note inside the package with the following information:

   · Reason for return (e.g., incorrect size, quality issue, change of mind, etc.)

4. Return Packaging Requirements
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

5. Return Shipping Costs
We will provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs will be covered by the seller, and you will not incur any additional charges. Please shop with confidence.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
